The following terms apply to all cancellation requests: Members must provide a 28-day notice of cancellation via email. One additional tuition payment is required after submitting the cancellation notice. It is the member's responsibility to ensure and provide proof of email receipt for cancellation to avoid disputes related to tuition charges. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in continued billing.
